715 Cherry/710 Division St is a 12,000 Sq Ft Warehouse originally built in 1950.

CSA purchased the building 100% vacant from an owner user and was able to make significant interior and made significant exterior upgrades including a new roof, installation of a heating system and gas to the property, new ADA accessible bathrooms, among other improvements.
