CSA acquired 1042 Bergen Ave in August of 2020, 1042 Bergen Ave is a newly constructed single-family property in the Cramer Hill section of Camden, NJ.

1042 Bergen Ave is a single-family property originally built in 1950.

The previous owner, a defunct non-profit organization, had begun rebuilding the property in 2014 but ran out of capital. The property sat vacant for 6 years before our eventual purchase.

CSA completed the new construction, delivering a rare brand-new build to an aged housing stock.

The property was recapitalized in 2022 by a Philadelphia-based community bank and has been since rented to a local family.
