The property was purchased as a value-add acquisition, furthering the firm’s economies of scale in the Collingswood Market.

CSA completed a full gut renovation of the property from 2012-2013, spending over $500K in capital expenditures and modernizing the property after decades on neglect. The construction team took extensive measures to preserve the original Victorian architecture.
